Please consult these four answers to our most frequently asked questions before emailing/calling with queries about the Awards. Hopefully we answer your question below!

1. Does the limit of 500 words include both "your submission" & "Quotes/Comments from third parties"?

No. The 500 word limit applies to "your submission" only. However, please try to ensure that your "quotes/comments" also stick to around 500 words - this field is not designed for extensions to your entry, simply some short quotes/comments to support it.

2. What should I include in the "Quotes/Comments from third parties" section?

This section is for you to provide 'proof' that your project/initiative/etc has been effective in the eyes of your stakeholders. We are looking for quotes/comments/press cuttings that cover your initiative positively and, most importantly support the submission you are making. This section is not designed as an extension to "your submission", and will be judged as 'supporting evidence', not as a significant plank of your submission.

3.Can I enter multiple categories? How much will this cost me?

Yes, you can enter multiple categories. We only require ONE entry fee for each company entering the awards - this entry fee allows you to enter as many categories you would like.

However, please bear in mind that your submission will need to be tailored to each category. Entries that use the same submission for each category will obviously be less targeted, and thus less effective.

4.Can I send my entry by post, or does it need to be sent via email?

You can send your entry by post or email. However, we are not responsible for ensuring entries reach us in the case of loss after posting. I would therefore recommend (and prefer) for your entries to be sent via email.
