How To EnterCompanies can enter the awards by completing an Entry Form – available here. Key Dates: Companies will be judged on the period January 2011 - March 2012. Entrance and Judging ProcessEntry fees will be £50 for non-profits and £200 for commercial organizations. An entry form will be filled in by each entrant, with an up to 500 word description of why the entry should win the award, and contacts for others who can verify or comment on the project or entry overall. The description should demonstrate why the activity by the organisation in question is agenda-leading in corporate responsibility, and include verifiable supporting evidence by third parties, such as quotes from partners or stakeholders, as evidence of eligibility. Deadline date for entries to be received by EC is Friday, 16th of March 2012 Entries in each category will be then whittled down to a maximum of four companies by the judges. If a company is shortlisted, we'll ask them for some visual materials to be displayed at the ceremony. A summary slide per entry to show why they were entered / considered will also be created for the awards. If shortlisted, they will be contacted in late March 2012 with confirmation. Sponsors of a particular category cannot enter that category. The period the categories will be judged on will be January 2011 to March 2012. |
