Your entry form, together with your entry fee and supporting materials must be sent to Ethical Corporation no later than 12 midnight BST on Thursday 6th July 2017.
You first must pay online and then send us your entry form. You can pay by bank transfer or by using a bank card. Invoice payments are accepted only until 29th May 2017. After 29th of May only card payments will be accepted.

Companies will be judged from the period January 2016 – July 2017 unless stated differently in the entry category.
Deadline date for entries to be received by Ethical Corporation is Thursday 6th July 2017.
Companies will be notified by the end of July 2017 if they have been shortlisted.
An entry needs to be submitted for each category entered. The requires a 250-word Executive Summary that summarises the main points from your project. A second 500-word question will ask for answers to questions specific to the category(see bullet points under the categories headings).This section will judge the entrants based on the criterion of innovation, impact and scalability against the categories bullet points.
The entry total should demonstrate why the activity by the organisation in question is agenda-leading in corporate responsibility, and include verifiable supporting evidence by third parties, such as quotes from partners or stakeholders, as evidence of eligibility.
Deadline date for entries to be received by Ethical Corporation is Thursday 6th July 2017. Entries in each category will be then whittled down to a maximum of twelve companies by the judges. If a company is shortlisted, we will ask for some visual materials to be displayed at the ceremony.
The Awards sponsors of a particular category cannot enter categories they are sponsoring. The period the categories will be judged on will be January 2016 to July 2017 unless stated differently in the category description.
All entries in each category will be judged on the basis that – in the opinion of the judging panel – the organisation has been agenda-leading in corporate responsibility in the period January 2016 – July 2017, unless stated differently in the category description, and their application includes sufficient verifiable supporting evidence by third parties, such as quotes from partners or stakeholders, as evidence of eligibility for the shortlist, and for the winner’s awards.
The opinion of the judging panel is final.
During the period 6th July – end July 2017, judges will consider all entries and whittle these down to shortlists for each award. This shortlist will be announced on or before end of July 2017.
