It is possible to transfer your entry or dinner pass to a colleague / client who is not already registered if you are unable to attend, but you must inform us in writing of this change prior to the event. Please email our customer service desk by return from your confirmation email.
If you are unable to transfer the place to a colleague or client, you will incur a 25% cancellation fee for any registration cancelled over 30 calendar days from the published event start date.
For all cancellations received 30 calendar days or less from the published awards ceremony date, we will be obliged to charge the full fee. If the attendee can't attend the event, as long as our customer service desk is made aware of this in writing before the start date of the event, payment will be credited to a future Ethical Corporation event.
We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your registration. This will go to the email address provided on the registration form.
If you have paid by credit card, your payment will be processed immediately and you’ll be sent a receipt by email.
If you have requested an invoice, this will be emailed to you and payment is required within 30 days of the receipt of this email.
Please note that in order to guarantee that your awards entry is fast and efficient, please make sure your payment is received by FC Business Intelligence Limited (the holding company for Ethical Corporation) in a timely manner. If your payment has not been received and processed on or before the submission deadline your entry will not be valid.
